The objectives of MSWS are rooted in its commitment to fostering positive and sustainable change in society. Primarily focused on education, the society aims to ensure quality, equitable, and inclusive learning experiences for underprivileged children in various areas of West Bengal. By providing essential educational materials, health support, and fulfilling basic needs, MSWS seeks to uplift and empower the lives of these children, promoting holistic development. Additionally, the society actively engages in social welfare activities to address broader community needs. Through women empowerment initiatives, MSWS aims to create opportunities for women to access education, break societal norms, and contribute meaningfully to their communities. Furthermore, the society strives to make a lasting impact by creating a supportive environment that encourages lifelong learning and personal growth, ultimately shaping a brighter future for those it serves.

To acquire, establish, start, aid, run, maintain and manage educational institutes, libraries for the benefit of the public, especially for students.

To arrange and organize lectures, debates, discussions, seminars & excursions for the Diffusion of knowledge.

To publish or cause to be published useful literatures, magazines, etc. without profit motive.

To help the needy students of all communities for the prosecution of studies.

To help the aged, sick, helpless and indigent persons.

To work for the happiness of the down-trodden ,needy students for their primary needs as food, cloth, education and shelter etc.

To import and develop Social awareness among the illiterate women and men by organizing awareness camps from time to time.

To open charitable dispensaries, first aid centre, blood donation camp from time to time and to generate awareness amongst people suffering Thalasaemia, Cancer and HIV Aids disease etc.

To arrange and organize education on computer both in theoretical and practical classes among the needy students of the society without profit motive.

To render relief to the suffering in times of famine, flood, drought, earthquake and other natural calamities.

To educate the students about pollution and to arrange plantation of trees in the locality to make the world green.

To arrange for medical treatment to the students and Deaf & Dumb and handicapped persons by rending qualified doctors, medicines and other allied articles free of cost.

To promote unity, harmony and self-discipline among the members through the bonds of friendship.

To practice the principle of good citizenship through active participation in civic, social and economic life of the community; to encourage the advancement of international understanding, goodwill and peace through the spirit of co-operation.

To help the needy members in case of sickness, accidents and death of such members.

To improve the economic and social standard of the villagers and slum areas of the locality.
